A month ago I attended a Mastermind in Boise, Idaho that helped me level up my abilities in Business.

I had a chance to participate as one of the speakers for about 30 minutes, but during the first half of the presentation, I was offering up a presentation that left the audience riveted.

I’ve always enjoyed being up in front of others, but it wasn’t until others continually told me how powerful of a speaker that I am did I realize that my ability to speak in front of others is a natural gift and talent.

There are phenomenal gifts we see being shared all over, from sports players to speakers, performers and artists, but with all of them comes a responsibility.

A responsibility to share what comes natural as well as a responsibility to make what comes natural even more focused and a greater gift to others as we cultivate it and magnify our callings and talents we’ve been given.

We must develop our gifts after we have sought and discovered them.

Why?

So we can make a difference with them.

There are some things today that you are just naturally good at and have a knack for; those are your gifts and talents.

We are capable of doing many things, but even that which comes natural to us must be developed.

The sooner you discover your gifts, the sooner you’ll be able to get to a place to make a difference.

How did I know I was good at speaking?

Because I KEPT SPEAKING!

When we continue to do the things that we are good at, the expansion that comes in cultivating these talents and they become fun.

You have been created to make a difference by using the gifts you have been given.

It’s amazing when you are around people that have developed their gifts, the more you want to develop your own gift so that you can find joy in your life.

Ask yourself:

* What are my gifts?

* How can I further develop my gifts?

* What’s holding me back? What can I do today to further work on making my gifts even more powerful?

Whatever your gifts are, you must discover what they are and then practice with them so you can make the greatest impact you can while sojourning here on earth.
