Have you ever been told that you’re just not strong enough?

I have.

But I’ve also learned to LEARN from this. Don’t beat yourself up if this has happened to you as well, but there are 4 main reasons that I have found in my own life that when I fell short on them, I fell short on achieving my end results.

The 4 C’s of not getting what what we want are when we fall short with:

  1. Clarity
  2. Capacity
  3. Certainty
  4. Commitment

Clarity gives us what we want and answers the essential question of why it matters.

Capacity is where I fell short with Kokoro. I didn’t have the capacity and power to do what I wanted to hit the standards required for this SealFit program. It can ALWAYS be increased.

Between these two, a lot of issues and problems that arise in our lives get resolved.

Certainty is more than just knowing something. We can have knowledge in something, but it requires confidence in knowing WHO YOU ARE in that achievement to attain certainty.

When I played football I had a sure certainty.

Commitment brings it all together in which you do what is required and what you said that you were going to do.

This is also an area that many of us fall short on, especially when we’re not honest with ourselves of what is required in order to achieve the outcome that we want.

Ask yourself:

* Do I have clarity to know what I want in my life and why it matters?

* What is the capacity and power required from me to hit the standards I’ve set for myself?

* What am I realistically willing to commit to so that I can have certainty in getting the results I desire?

With these 4 C’s, you can really solve whatever it is that you are not creating in your life.
