I’m Going For 100,000 People in 2010!
Posted on 08. Jan, 2010 by Setema Gali in Creator
I have a friend who I went to high school and college with and she is a phenomenal athlete. She is going for Gold in the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver.
With the new year just behind us here’s the big question…
WHAT ARE YOU GOING FOR THIS YEAR?
Let me tell you what I am going for this year…
I am going for 100,000 in 2010! Let me explain.
I’ve always been a goal setter. More importantly, I am a goal getter. From way back in elementary school through Junior High I had goals.
In high school everyone of my goals I set I smashed (meaning I obtained it).
On to college the story was even better.
From NFL, business, money, marriage, life and kids, I’ve always had some insane clarity on what I truly wanted from life.
Among my new goals for the year and insights and inspirations that have driven me to do what I am doing is this…
I am committed to helping at least 100,000 people this year…and I will.
It’s possible the number might end up at closer to 1,000,000. But for sure…I’ve set the goal to create value for 100,000 people.
Through my books, my audios, my programs , webinars, seminars and blogs I am on a mission to help at least 100,000 people in the year 2010.
Let me know how I can help you accomplish your goals or what you are looking for.
Yes, I want to be not just a national speaker, trainer and author, I want to be an international presence…a life-changer.
It’s humbling to have a vision of what you believe and know is your life’s calling, your Personal Legend, your Soul Purpose.

In the Super Bowl Parade Downtown Boston after we won Super Bowl XXXVI. There were over 1 million people there in the below zero weather to celebrate with us.
And when you have that vision…you have 1 of 2 choices. You either move towards it…or you deny it.
As you can tell, I am moving passionately towards what I believe mine is.
Part of that is to help 100,000 people accomplish one goal. To help 100,000 people have a life changing experience. To help 100,000 people experience a transformation.
This goal isn’t about me though. It’s about YOU and what I can do for YOU! It’s about what my network and team can do for you and what we can do for others.
So how will I do that?
I know the path I am on and what it will entail. But I would like to know from YOU what I can do to help YOU.
And for Pete’s sake (who is Pete anyways) don’t let fear grapple you and prevent you from commenting. Comment.

Winning the Championship of Championships was a goal finally attained! What is your 'Super Bowl' that you are working towards!
When you act in spite of fear things happen. I won’t tell you right now…but things always happen when we act in spite of the fear that paralyzes most people.
Comment on here and let me know how I can help you better your life, your situation, your business, your relationships, your bank account…or maybe just discovering your life’s mission as I have done.
I will share with you everything that I have learned from my life’s experience as well as connect you with my mentors, connections and hook-ups.
I’ve spent nearly six figures on programs, mentors, webinars, books etc.
I’ve experienced incredible business relationships, ups and downs, million dollar gains and million dollar loss.
I’ve traveled, spoken, drove the killer cars…had no car, foreclosures…yep,
I’ve been led by the Lord through some serious wilderness, financial wilderness, athletic wilderness, business wilderness and basic wilderness of life!
Through it all I have never lost site of what and who matters most to me and what it is that I truly believe I am supposed to learn from this and become because of this.
My faith has been tried to the core…but that’s what life is about, being tested and tried and passing through it faithfully.
“God will never try us above that which we can bear…but He will try us and stretch us to a limit that even we are unaware of.”
So here I am asking you how I can help you?
You get one shot at life…so go and get it. “Leave it all out on the field” as they say in sports.
I am leaving it all out on the field of life right now especially in this year 2010!

P.S. Once you set the intention of what you really truly are committed to and WHY you want it…everything begins to take place and shape and form for you. Do you know what you want out of 2010?
Comment and let me know!

I fully expect to have the #1 Piano training website by the end of 2010 (or sooner). I’d like you to guide me mastering all the tributaries of internet success: website development, social networking, blogging, emails, newsletters. So much to do. So much fragmentation. Show me how to bring it all together.

I really like your blog and your goals. For me I am 38 and for the past 3 years I have gone through a lot of sickness and life changing experiences. I just want to learn how to live again and how to smile and just be happy! I know God does not not give us more than we can handle. I just need to learn to be more positive and quit beating myself up all the time.
Thanks,

Hi everyone,
Can I just say that Setema Gali is the real deal? Setema blessed my life more than once by helping me close on my home a few years ago. His financial advice and wisdom came in a time when I greatly needed it, and his ideas on prosperity and helping each other have success and live a life of abundance are truths I have come to embrace in my life. You will find that his optimism and his spirit are infectious, and now all I want to know Setema, is how can I help YOU hit YOUR goal this year?

Setema,
I will start a foundation this year that will help others help themselves. It will coexist with an organization of cooperating businesses who share in the same belief that by investing in others, we invest in our country, world and ourselves.
I want you to help me help millions in the next decade. It may not cost you much time or effort, but the impact can be very long lived.
Whether you choose me or not, thank you for believing enough in others to make this generous offer.
Thank you for your time,
Tammera Brown

Setema,
I recently joined a MLM business. I firmly believe in MLM’s and know that money can be made. A lot of money. Everytime I attend the webinar’s, conference calls, or just listen to my friends that are doing well in the business, I get pumped and excited. I know it’s hard work and I’m willing to put in the effort. It’s just that I’m having a hard time “convincing” people that this business is possible. I get it! Why don’t others? Please help!

As part of my goal to reach and help and inspire 100,000 people this year I am doing a training tomorrow morning Jan 27 Wed 9am MST. This is a paid course for friends in my Goal Setting Goal Getting Course…however, out of the 12-14 hours of material that I am offering…I will occasionally allow the general public to tune in. Here is the link if you want in. It’s called CREATING MONEY-How to create it when you don’t have any, or when your credit is shot. Here’s the link https://www1.gotomeeting.com/register/160773833

Hi Setema.
I’d like to have your wife’s perspective. As a wife and a mother I would like to know how to balance my life’s calling as a mother with my life’s passion- personal health mentor. I’ve done like you have said, didn’t let fear stop me, and began online health mentoring. I just finished hosting a 10 week course. We have had great success… and for the past 10 weeks my life has been out of balance as I have helped others outside of my family. I have had comments that I was an answer to peoples’ prayers. It was very gratifying. And It took a lot out of me and much away from my 6 children and husband. I feel called to do both, but it seems there is only room to do one well. What are your thoughts and the thoughts of your sweet wife- is it possible to do both and still be balanced?

First of all, I just want to congratulate you on actually having a “life passion”. I have been searching for mine, or maybe I’m waiting for something to hit me on the head and tell me what my “passion” is. Now, to answer your question. . .is it possible to do both and still be balanced. I believe that anything is possible, WITH the LORD. Easier said than done. I realize that. I have a feeling that when the time comes for me to realize my life’s passion that I would probably have to give up something else, for what’s more important. For example, I love to work on mind puzzles, do light reading, and play basketball, when I have a free moment. I think that if I were to begin some sort of business, I know that those would be the first things I would give up. Because my fulfillment would come from my work. Also, I would probably focus in on being a personal health mentor for mothers or women since it would seem that they would have the same schedule as you do, trying to get healthy while taking care of a husband and children.
Time is very precious. I’m not going to lie and say that I know how to manage both and feel well-balanced. But I must say that I know women who do. . .do both, and do it well. I guess if it were me, I would right down what I do everyday for how long, and after the week, see where or what I could give up to have my passion and family life work out. What comes to mind right away is that you will probably have to give up a lot of personal time to do what you want and have CREATING a course, and you would now know how to do it more efficiently. And sometimes, you have to sacrifice time to do one now, in order to have more time with your family in the near future. I guess what I’m saying that it’s up to you. This is all the humble opinion and suggestion of a fellow mother and wife of an entrepreneur.

I am writing this without reading what my wife has written.
Do not run faster than you have strength.
All things done in wisdom and order.
Line upon line…here a little there a little.
HOW?
Prayer
Planning
Preparation
Persistence
Perseverance
If you are doing it by yourself…I call it the DIY Syndrome-Do It Yourself Syndrome…you will have serious and major unbalance.
Enroll a team of people, even an assistant to start out with works great.
Buffer days-Covey calls this Sharpen the Saw.
This will be a day at least once a week that you do all the house items, shopping, cleaning, relaxing etc. Without this, you’ll lose high effectiveness. Plan a day once each week…even if it’s just half or three fourths of a day (like a P-Day) for a missionary.
This day is for you to be 100% focused on everything NOT work. Again, the cleaning, the shopping, fixing the broken stool, cleaning out the garage, ironing the clothes, dusting etc.
CELEBRATE-Most people skip this step and save it for the end. The problem with NOT celebrating is that you get discouraged and end up quitting. Celebrating each success, each great day, each sale, each goal accomplished means you are learning to SEE and RECOGNIZE the achievements rather than being in WANT mode for long periods of time.
Keep moving forward and course correct. You might realize that what you’ve been working on isn’t really what you want or not as rewarding as you once thought. But NOW YOU KNOW and you would never have known had you not taken those steps. It is completely alright to change the goal if you figure out that’s truly NOT in line with your true values and goals. But keep moving forward. Keep learning. Keep progressing. Make the course corrections and move forward. Imagine your trek like a journey in the wilderness where the hunters that hunt you down are time, procrastination, fear, laziness etc. When you stop moving forward and working, these hunters will catch you and destroy you…and they will.
CREATE!!
