What is the relevancy in sharing this?
If you want to live a life of significance and contribution, feeling fulfilled with your role in society, what’s required is some type of morning ritual, routine or rhythm that puts you in a state to win.
Think about athletes and what some call superstitious routines.
They have all types of rituals and rhythms, which may seem silly to some, but ultimately it’s the continual rituals that create favorable positions which will put us into power.
If you want to have a life of REAL power, or the capacity to handle stress to be more so you can do more in order to have more, you need to set up a firm foundation with a morning routine.
Countless studies show that the people that have high levels of production start it out with a morning ritual.
I call it “Climbing the Mountain” as a symbolic way of starting my morning.
However it’s defined, strong morning routines puts us in a favorable position to create power.
