Thoughts and Feelings I Had When I Was Broke and What I Did About It
Posted on16. Jul, 2010 by Setema Gali.

"Mom and dad, are you really going to pass on to me habits of poverty, unhappiness and obesity? Please help me..."
I know…most people are blogging about how life is awesome and how one should set goals to go after that abundantly rich life. In fact, I have over 90 posts about personal growth, life development, goals, mindset and prosperity.
Today, let’s take a look from a different perspective and why you read on. It is said that 97% of people will NEVER EVER reach financial prosperity. It’s also been said that if all the money in the world were split evenly among the 6 billion people, within a matter of years the same people who control it today…would have it all back. I say true. Why?
Because prosperity begins inside…NOT outside. Prosperity begins in the mind and then manifests itself in the material world. Prosperity is a result of thinking in terms of abundance, win-win, creating value for other people and bringing value to the world.
Most people today have NOT mastered the art of stewardship and responsibility. (Think of lottery winners, NBA players and people who come into a lot of money…they are broke, have a higher chance for Bankruptcy and are worse off than before.) [...]

Is There More To Life Than Just Getting By…
Posted on26. Oct, 2009 by Setema Gali.
If you’re just barely getting by or scraping by day to day, paycheck to paycheck and relationship to relationship there are a few fundamental things wrong with YOU, not anything or anyone else but with YOU.
1. You are just a lazy person. If you are, then you deserve what you get. Lazy people know very well how to work. They work at being lazy. It takes work to be lazy. It takes work to not work.
2. You don’t know HOW TO get out of the rut which is still your fault because if you don’t know how, LEARN HOW. With the internet available, knowledge and information are so easily accessible you can ‘Google’ anything and have answers immediately. Learn how. Success is a learnable skill. Money is a learnable skill. Prosperity is a learnable skill.
Yes, you can LEARN how to make and manage more money. You can learn how to develop more meaningful relationships. You can learn how to build a business and how to attract customers and clients. You can learn how to build a site, create a blog and you can learn how to have people pay you for a members site. You can learn everything. You just have to want to learn and pay the price to learn it.
3. Your blueprint, paradigm, perception, values and belief systems are completely wrong. It’s like having a map of New York City that says New York City but it’s actually a map of Baltimore. You are doomed from the start. Your map, which I call a paradigm is your set of beliefs. If you consciously and subconsciously believe that the world is a scary place, a place of scarcity, lack, fear and horror, then the world you see is a place of scarcity, lack, fear and horror.
If your blueprint is wrong, you are going to fail no matter what you do. If the paradigm is rooted in myth, fallacy and lies then no matter how much money you have you’ll be miserable and no matter how much fame and success you experience you lose and no matter how hard you try and pray and work…you’ll fail.
I am not judging anyone for just getting by. There are times in my life that I have merely gotten by and it’s my fault. If you are ignorant and don’t know what you don’t know then yes, getting by is OK. But when you are well aware of the opportunities, the stewardship, the obligation and responsibility to not just get by, but to prosper and create value with what God has given you, then you must do more than just get by.

“A man filled with the love of God, is not content with blessing his family alone, but ranges through the whole world, anxious to bless the whole human race” Joseph Smith. This is what being a Creator is all about.
Create the life you want…not the life you get by default.
I am the man who loves his life. Do you love yours and if not, what are you doing about it?
