What if Everything You Believed to be True Turned Out Not To Be?
Posted on01. Oct, 2012 by Setema Gali.
Consider for a moment that this might be true. Can you be open to the possibility?
In the space of ideas and content, there is no new information out there. (Contradictory, yes I realize that) It’s about processing . . . there is nothing new . . . Though in your world things may seem new. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS NEW INFORMATION. All we do is EXPAND our understanding of information. The most powerful teachers are NOT preachers. We are not looking for preachers. Preachers are like singers. They are a dime a dozen. They can be found everywhere. People with the loudest voices are often the newest flavor of the day . . . until the sun of boredom melts it away.
What exactly are we looking for today? We are looking for coaches who are willing to ask the tough questions that allow us to QUESTION OUR BELIEFS. In common terms, we are looking for someone to call b.s. on us.
Until we question our beliefs, the assumptions, opinions and philosophies that we hold to be true, we will never really know if what we believe is true. Yet, when we dig deep within our soul and question the beliefs we hold to be true, we enter a new realm of truth, reality and “things as they really are.”
Maybe we”re just too scared or comfortable. And we never grow when we are comfortable.
The game-changers today are those who are living the content of what they preach. The great insights are not so-called new information, but the very tough questions being asked from mentors, or from our inner-self.
EXPERIENCE IS 1000 TIMES more important than content. It’s a transformational economy. Are you LIVING? Or are you just giving way to rote memorization without becoming.

24 Hour Fitness vs. Quicktrip…In Mizzou
Posted on07. Mar, 2010 by Setema Gali.
So my father in-law has worked for the city of Independence Missouri for 35 years. He retired and we flew out to celebrate his retirement (graduation) party.
We arrived Wednesday night and ate some delicious Church’s chicken. We need one in Utah.
Even when I vacation I still love to hit the gym, get the blood flowing, endorphins up and muscles pumped up!
We headed on over to 24 Hour Fitness and I literally felt like I was walking into a military training camp.
No smiles, no hand shakes…
What is the problem? I am not a regular at this gym. I look like I work out. You think the front desk would welcome us in and shake our hand and in
troduce themselves etc. (to get a possible sign-up) but quite the contrary. [...]

Is My Part Time Job Interfering With My Full Time Job?
Posted on27. Feb, 2010 by Setema Gali.
Another great question ready for another powerful answer…
“I’ve been doing summer sales for 6 years now but in the winter I work at Sundance as a Cat Driver grooming the slopes. I put myself in the Fed-Ex mans shoes. I wonder if me working at Sundance in the winters is interfering with APX? .. Does that make sense..? Well I was wondering if you could spare a few minutes and give me your opinion please.”
The Fed-Ex man he is referring to is the story of a Fed-Ex Driver who was Fed-Ex by day and Financial Planner by night.
His problem though was clear because no one was was buying from him even though he had the nice suit, the nice bag, the great products.
Why wasn’t he selling any financial products or services?
The answer…Because in his mind he was a Fed-Ex [...]
