How many times have you heard yourself say “I want (fill in the blank)______________.”
“I want to lose weight.”
“I want to make more money.”
“I want to get better grades.”
Or maybe you’ve heard yourself with the “need” bug …
“I need to (fill in the blank) ____________.”
“I need to hit the gym.”
“I need to be more patient.”
“I need to stop smoking.”
“I need to quit procrastinating.”
If you’ve found yourself with the “want” and “need” bug you’re in trouble and here’s why. [...]

All successful people know without a doubt that GOAL SETTING is crucial for a fulfilling life. “The ability to set and achieve goals is the greatest skill you can develop” said Brian Tracy.
But what most beginning goal-setters don’t realize is that when you set a goal and commit to it…the opposition will raise hell.
And it’s not just that you’ll face opposition. Oh yes, you will face tremendous opposition. But more than facing it, the opposition will rear its ugly head to destroy you.
It plays no favorites. It doesn’t care if you’re black, white, brown or yellow.
It doesn’t care if you were born in the ghetto, the islands or in the richest hospitals.
OPPOSITION DOESN’T CARE if you’ve set your goal, committed to it, created a plan of action and it certainly doesn’t care if you have a Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy or Spiritual Minister in your corner. Opposition could care less if God ordained you to do a great work.
It just doesn’t care. It has a job to do and like a Jack Bauer who is relentless in doing his job for good, Opposition is relentless in stopping you from becoming your greatest self.
What you must understand about going after the life you want is this…
When you set a goal and commit to it…be prepared for hell. It’s one of the unwritten rules about creating the life you truly want and love.
Opposition will lull you to sleep and make the smallest advances against you as if it didn’t exist. It will carefully guide you down paths at times and then poison you in degrees when you’re unaware…and even when you are aware.
It will also put it’s shot gun in your face. One moment a water-gun and then the next a shot gun, 9 Millimeter or Smith and Wesson. Opposition will reason with you like the world’s greatest lawyer and then stab you in the back once you’ve relaxed for a mere second. Opposition is the greatest lawyer. It knows no rules. It will lie, cheat, steal and cry it’s way to your destruction. [...]

If you LIKE this, then hit the button above. If not, it’s ok . 2010 was the year of FIRE for me. My personal growth and development was unlike anything I’ve experienced.
Analyzing performance is the fastest way to increase performance. Making big money is about performance. Creating awesome relationships with a loved one (spouse, children, friends, business partners) is about performance. Having a healthy body and living with energy and vitality is about performance.
By performance I mean what we do, how well we do it and how often we do those things well.
So here’s some of the biggest lessons I learned from 2010 about business and life and most importantly about myself. [...]

12 Strategies To Rescue Those Resolutions!
My mentor said it best when he said “Resolve comes easily on December 31st.”
By mid January and into February most people’s resolutions are in the trash, rationalized and forgotten if not already abandoned. And the resolute determination to make this year, finally, the year you stick to ‘em, forgotten altogether. Scientists say by January 15th more than 70% of people have already broken their new goals. What gives?
I don’t need to make you feel guilty because most of us are already good at doing that by ourselves. What this post brings to the table besides a hint of sarcasm and whit is the real truth about how you can really accomplish…I mean truly accomplish your dreams and goals this year…not next year…not when so-called down “economy” returns and not when you hit the jackpot…
I’m talking about real butt-kickin strategies that really work and what this means for you is that this year really will be the year.
So here’s 12 Simple Easy to Apply Strategies that will transform your life instantly: (by the way…I didn’t just make these up…these are things I’ve learned from my coaches, mentors, friends, experiences, good times and bad times…so yes thank you Tony Robbins, Jim Rohn, Dan Kennedy, Brian Tracy, Lavell Edwards, Bill Belichick, Tony Dungy, Frank Kern, Henry Eyring, Jeffrey R. Holland and mom and dad ) [...]

I am all about goals, striving for benchmarks, working towards a purpose and becoming the best we can be. Without goals we usually become a lesser version of who we could really be. But what happens when we set goals and all of a sudden don’t make it? How can we be certain to hit our goals and experience joy along the way?
Here’s one tip that will absolutely allow you more of what you really want and less of what you don’t want.
One of the fastest ways to get what you want…
One of the quickest or quicker ways to accomplish your goals…
One of the most certain ways to wealth, to a healthier body, to a stronger income producing asset is…

[This is a direct email I sent to my loyal followers...]
Read this…or perish… (this email is designed to help you in your life…sometimes the TRUTH hurts but I’ve learned that’s when we make our biggest strides…”the truth shall set you free.”)
Creators realize that there is no product (especially mine) or program on earth that is going to change them…Destroyers are always looking for some “product” or some “program” or some” guru” to change them…
Only YOU can change YOU…
Yes there are very powerful programs out there that can accelerate the process…But ultimately YOU have to decide, commit and then stick with it…
You have to DECIDE…choose to make a conscious change and shift in your thinking and in your behavior…
Until you get that…you’ll spend all your money buying program, book, and course after course because you’re missing the one key ingredient that get’s you into action and that helps YOU change…
This post is NOT for weak people so read with caution … Rated E for everyone

This postis about how to get “Un-stuck” when our way of living is “stuck” in destructive thought and behavior patterns. I share personal experiences and detailed measure of how it all went down. This will help you in your journey of life.
“I hate being financially broke.” “Is this as good as life is going to get?” “What the hell is the problem with me?” “Am I bi-polar? Tri-polar? Ten-polar?”
“Why does life seriously suck?” “Why are others making money and why am I not?” “I’ve worked so hard and bought all these courses and programs and I am still broke.”
Have you ever asked questions like the ones above? I have. In fact I’ve asked these questions numerous times in my life. When faced with questions like these above I was driven to anger, jealousy, resentment, discouragement, fear, scarcity and more anger. [...]

The year is 1989. I’m riding my bike from football practice. I’m a skinny 8th grader. I’m riding my bike past Lavell Edwards Stadium in Provo, Ut.
It is an ESPN Thursday night game for BYU. I don’t remember who they played but I remember riding past the big buses on Canyon Road that sits parallel to the stadium and these huge mammoths were stepping off the buses. These guys were big, lean, muscular and scary looking.
Here I was a little tiny 6 foot 1 inch 150 lbs football kid watching these “All-Stars” prepare to play my beloved Cougars of BYU. I dreamed that one day I would be playing for BYU. It was my desire. It was my dream. It was a GOAL.
I wasn’t very good at football. I wasn’t fast. I wasn’t strong. I was just athletic … kind of.
I was a late bloomer. I put on 30 lbs of muscle between my sophomore year and junior year of high school.
I never missed working out. I couldn’t bench very much either. So I had to work hard to keep up.
I ate like a horse (and still couldn’t gain much weight).
I was so focused on getting a scholarship. It was my goal.
I have a small red journal that has my goals from my early high school days. In the beginning of the journal it says “Get a scholarship to BYU for football.” [...]

Revolution is an intense and dense word. There is a lot of emotion and imagery when the word is used.
It typically refers to the overthrow of a tyrant or regime and a movement to alter social conditions especially within government, money and social expectations.
From bloody revolutions and civil wars we have people who have died for the cause of freedom and prosperity.
However I am NOT talking about those types of revolution because frankly they usually don’t last.
The ONLY time a bloody revolution lasts is when the revolution takes place from within.
The Real Ongoing Revolution is taking place right now in the minds and hearts of millions of people.
Many people are waking blindly throughout life accepting things are they are and as they happen to them. These people walk blindly and nonchalantly, even unconscious of the REAL WORLD around them. [...]

Stay with me on this my friends…because you’ll need to read the whole thing to get IT!
A few months ago I came across an interview where 100,000 plus people were interviewed about their immediate dreams and desires. Of course this grabbed my undivided attention. The first question asked was “What do you really WANT?”
And the answers not a surprise…
“I want to lose weight.” (Who doesn’t…besides really skinny people…)
“I want to make more money.” (Yep…one of the more popular answers)
“I want to quit my job.”
“I want a more fulfilling job.” [...]
