How To Turn Your Challenges and Obstacles Into Power
Posted on04. Aug, 2010 by Setema Gali.
Life is going to deal harsh moments. And one of the most important SKILLS we can gain is to learn in life is how to turn those “harsh” moments into POWER!
I remember playing football for my Alma Mater B.Y.U. and I faced some harsh moments…obstacles as we call them.
Not 1, not 2 and not 3…but 5 shoulder surgeries. Yes…football is a collision sport and very dangerous
.
I suffered a fractured leg, two pulled groins (and if you’ve ever pulled your groin…it hurts like a @#$#%)
I experienced memory loss in a 20 minute black out concussion at Arizona State. I couldn’t remember the whole weekend.

The Moment When Our Destiny is Forged…Part I
Posted on17. Mar, 2010 by Setema Gali.
Life happens. Even when we choose to Create our life and create our reality, things still happen.
I’ve spoke to tens of thousands of people about the principles of happiness, prosperity, health and wealth.
I am a true believer of the power of agency that each of us has.
But what about when drastic things happen?
A loved one passes away.
We lose a job and then another and go for months and even years without sustained income.
We do everything right and our spouse leaves us.
A child is diagnosed with a rare disease and suffers physical pain.
We hit a point in our life where we begin to challenge everything we’ve been taught.
Discouragement begins to set in and overtake us.
Come on…we’ve all been there. We set goals, develop powerful habits and the rhythm of life is beautiful and then tragedy strikes, tribulation hits and interruption jolts the melodies and harmonies of a life we believed we deserve.
