So one of our guys decided he didn’t want to come to the gym today..he was too tired…out too late…exhausted…BLAH BLAH BLAH…whatever!
That didn’t stop us. Day 19…still 100% COMMITTED..The biggest question to ask is “How Committed Are You To Your Life and Legacy?”

How consistent are you in your life? One of the greatest secrets you can learn in your life is to be consistent in your habits. When developing muscles it takes consistency in the gym or weight training. When developing spiritual muscles.
Being consistent in spiritual disciplines brings about deeper and greater spirituality vs. ‘spiritual sprints.’ Being consistent in healthy living habits brings about real and lasting change vs. binge diets.
There is nothing fancy about our workout today. No one passed out. No one puked.
The powerful principle here is CONSISTENCY. The greatest gains you make in life will be when you develop a ritual and habit of consistency.

I am finally down 10 lbs after 11 days. First 20 lbs come pretty easy…last 30 lbs…EVEN EASIER!!
