Turning Tragedy and Adversity into Triumph and Victory

I remember exactly four years ago to this month receiving the phone call to tell me that half a million of my dollars disappeared.

In April of 2007 another call shell shocked me…another half million dollars disappeared and with the mortgage crisis in full swing I went from Money not being an issue and traveling the world in style to foreclosure, repossession and losing the confidence.

We moved the week of thanksgiving in 2008 into a home where we could stay for free before it foreclosed. We had little food because we had very little money.

I moved my family two more times over the following year and continued to build my business. Sold everything we owned just to put gas in our car and food on the table. Collectors and creditors hounded us daily and there were days that I found myself rolling out of bed at noon with no energy and no confidence.

October 2009 found me in a precarious situation. I was finally done with temporary income. Temporary income means you work an hour and get paid for an hour. OR you close a deal, make a sale and make a commission. It’s temporary because you have to do it over and over again to make money. You’re only as good as your next sale, next presentation or next deal.

The three years totally sucked. But I knew it was a blessing in disguise IF I was willing to use it and be forged. I felt trapped. I was depressed.

Fast forward to current day. I see the money rolling into my account. It’s not millions or billions yet but it is the start. I love it because it is a PROVEN plan and PROVEN system of creating wealth. Wealth is NOT temporary income. Wealth is having resources, time, money and unlimited assets at your finger tips. Wealth is deep meaningful relationships. Wealth is time with children where bonds are strengthened and forged never to be forgotten.

Why was I so blind in the past? Why didn’t I see this before?

Regardless of why I didn’t see it in the past, more importantly I could see it now and helping others to see it.

I’m saying to myself: “Self, you and I sure could get used to this. Are you sure this is really happening?”

Yes, it really is happening. There are no words for the elation I felt. And it was only the beginning of a new and rewarding season of my life. Of finally being useful [...]

The Revolution is Underway…Which Side Are You On?

2010 is a crucial and determining year, a season of transition and great change. This change will make the industrial revolution look like a picnic in the park.

I say this as much from a feeling in my heart and soul as any event I might specifically describe.

In 3-5 years you will look back and see the pre-2010 world as strangely different from the one you find yourself living in.

Five years from now you’ll stand in awe and wonder of once mighty empires that have fallen.

By 2020, a company you’ve barely heard of today will be more powerful than Facebook or Google.

The sub-prime mortgage industry has ceased to exist in the US and will doubtfully ever return. Increasing government controls on old industries will force creativity to flee to new territories, because entrepreneurs can always innovate faster than bureaucrats can regulate.

The Revolution You Are Unaware Of

Revolution is an intense and dense word. There is a lot of emotion and imagery when the word is used.

It typically refers to the overthrow of a tyrant or regime and a movement to alter social conditions especially within government, money and social expectations.

From bloody revolutions and civil wars we have people who have died for the cause of freedom and prosperity.

However I am NOT talking about those types of revolution because frankly they usually don’t last.

The ONLY time a bloody revolution lasts is when the revolution takes place from within.

The Real Ongoing Revolution is taking place right now in the minds and hearts of millions of people.

Many people are waking blindly throughout life accepting things are they are and as they happen to them. These people walk blindly and nonchalantly, even unconscious of the REAL WORLD around them. [...]
