Our parent’s generation knew how to work and grind.
More often today people think that because they have a degree they should make money.
The problem is that when you see someone online with “success” what you’re not seeing is the time, energy, and money that has gone in.
Having the mentality of needing it NOW is killing our society.
As business owners we find ways to automate, but they isn’t laziness. People have forgotten how to work.
People think that once they get a degree they just think that money should roll in.
If you can grind. If you have work ethic. If you can hustle. You will win.
The majority of people are lazy. They have no willingness to grind or hustle.
Powerful people go above and beyond. They ALWAYS create more value than they get paid for. Go the extra mile.
The lesson is this: grind.
Do what is required. If you are willing to do that, you will WIN.
Balance is a myth. If your job is to provide, then you will spend the majority of time working. In the time you spend with your family, you need to be present.
Everyone wants the easy way out. You make money based on the values you create.
Push your kids to do hard things, demonstrate that we have to do hard things, and be smart about it.
Learn how to work.
Ask yourself:
*Can you work?
*Do you have work ethic?
*Are you willing to grind?
If you are willing to put in the work and grind, you will win.
